If we already have your contact information, complete your NAME and E-MAIL ADDRESS and leave the rest blank. If anything has changed (or you're not sure), provide the information again.

DUES FOR 2008:

$80 for the year 2008
$40 for those who:
- are 25 years old or younger
- live more than 50 miles from San Jose
- are members of other Nation of Men chapters
January-March, 2008, dues are $80
April-June: $60
July-Sept: $40
Oct-Dec: $20
and half that for those under 25, more than 50 miles away, or members in other NoM chapters.
