How Healthy is Your Team? Take this survey to your team and answer the questions together. I promise you it will be a gift to the team if you take this on with honesty and commitment.

Scoring

0-14 POOR: Take a hard look at what°s not working. Something must change. Bring the results to your team hero and embrace his feedback. You may not like what he°ll tell you but you°ll thank him later.

15-29 GOOD: There are opportunities to improve the team health. Pick a few areas and make it a priority to move the needle in those areas. Make commitments and keep them. Benefit from the growth.

30-42 EXCELLENT: Congratulations, you°re on among the most vibrant of NoM teams. How can you share your success so other teams/NOM benefits?
